Our Pricing

Our application fee is $300. This fee is required upfront to begin the process. If interested in moving forward set up payment and complete links below:  The Application and Client Questionnaire.

$750: Includes one fully vetted candidate selected by the agency and 30 days replacement candidate at no charge.

$1,000: Includes two top candidates for you to interview and choose from, ensuring the best fit for your family and 60 days replacement candidate at no charge.

$1,250: Includes three top candidates for you to interview and choose from, ensuring the best fit for your family and 90 days replacement candidate at no charge.

For an additional $150, we offer a 6-month replacement guarantee. This means that if your finalized candidate is no longer a fit or unable to continue, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee within that six-month period.

For an additional $300, we offer a 1-year replacement guarantee. This means that if your finalized candidate is no longer a fit or unable to continue, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee within that 1-year period.

For an additional $500, you will receive access to two vetted candidates within a one-year period.

For an additional $750, you can restart the entire placement process and receive three new vetted candidates to choose from, also valid for one year.

For an additional $600 annually (or $50 per a month), we offer Backup Care Services. This service allows you to request a vetted and background-checked nanny to fill in with reasonable notice whenever your regular care provider is unavailable.

Payments can be made via ACH, Zelle or Square. Please note that payments incur a credit card processing fee of 3.6%.
