Just as I pour into families, I believe in uplifting and investing in the caregivers who serve them. At Cozi-Roots, we are passionate about building a community of skilled, compassionate doulas, newborn care specialists, and nannies who are well-trained, supported, and inspired. By strengthening the nurturer—both in the home and within our team—we create lasting, empowering change for everyone we touch."
