At Cozi-Roots, we offer comprehensive doula care that supports you before, during, and after childbirth. Each role is unique but deeply connected—ensuring you’re never without compassionate, skilled support.

Your birth doula is your advocate, guide, 

and calming force during labor and delivery.

They provide:

• Physical comfort techniques (breathing, positioning, massage, etc.)
• Emotional support and reassurance
• Partner support and guidance
• Informed decision-making and communication with your care team
• Non-medical support from early labor through immediate postpartum

Our  birth doulas are trained in various birth environments including  hospitals, birth centers, and home births. We also support high-risk  pregnancies, VBACs, and medicated or unmedicated births.

Your postpartum doula helps ease the transition from birth to baby—

with practical, emotional, and household support.

They provide:

• Newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing, bathing)
• Support for breastfeeding or bottle-feeding
• Light household tasks (laundry, meal prep, tidying baby items)

Our  postpartum doulas are also experienced in overnight care, multiples,  and supporting parents recovering from C-sections, birth trauma, or  perinatal mood challenges.
